Very easy to install. I purchased four of them, and recently purchased two more of them. I have them set up on the Alexa app "routines". The light in my bedroom turns on automatically when I awake. When I'm ready to come downstairs, I tell my Alexa to turn on the downstairs lights (these are also to set up for that specific task)...I have set up numerous routines. I have noticed they don't work with lights that have the switch in the cord...I'll look more into that. They work with extension cords, if there is a plug, they will work. All in all, very pleased with them. I live in an 1100 sq. ft. 2 story townhouse, router is upstairs, no problem with wifi. I had a different smart plug setup, one that has a handheld control. It worked great, but I had to make sure to replace the control where it wouldn't get lost, and had to remember which button went to which device. Voice control is so much better. ... show more

1st month everything works accordingly and then 2nd come around schedule timer went crazy. The unit will not turned off accordingly. So I deleted and tried to setup a new schedule. Hahaha what a mistake, I wasn't able to save this new schedule. But it was fixed some how. 3rd month, wifi disappear, on the app it says that unit is off but in reality it's on. Too many problems and everytime they tried to fix something other things failed. ... show more
