Only had it one day, so I will report back as time goes. This is a nice little HTPC machine that takes up no space and does exactly what I needed it to do, which is connect to the internet and let us look up stuff as we view, connect to a NAS, and play HD content. Took about an hour to get it up and running, updated, a couple fav media apps installed, and that's it. We are running the included Win 10 Home Edition, which is fine for our purposes. It's in a ventilated cabinet and we wear wireless headphones so no idea if it makes noise when working hard, but I set it up 10 inches away from me and I didn't hear a thing. It was on sale (~$170) plus came with extended warranty (36 month) and $20 AZ gift card. So, $150 final cost for our tiny new HTPC, which replaced a Mini-ITX predecessor, which replaced a tower (15 years ago). What's not to like? Back in 2008-2012 in the netbook/nettop era, an Atom or low-power Celeron processor meant poor performance outside of productivity software. Even Youtube in 480p proved a challenge with 100 % CPU utilization. Don't even get me started on connectivity - no USB 3.0, HDMI, PCI-Express or SATA. Fast forward to 2020 and low-power processors are greatly improved. Don't be fooled, this little machine is a powerhouse. It can decode/encode 1080p video without breaking a sweat, multitask with its ample and high performance DDR4 memory, multithreaded processor and fast flash based storage. If you are on the fence about making a purchase, don't be. This machine is right up there with lower tiers of the Intel NUC, and eons ahead of any single board computer. I put it through its paces; web browsing on Chrome with dozens of tabs, multimedia playback from web and local sources and of course, email and such. It's amazing. It isn't a gaming PC but if you need that you're probably looking for something with a dedicated GPU, but most workloads it does extraordinarily well. ... show more

I remember the old days when I had a huge beige tower case to house my Cyrix 486DX with its 33mhz, whopping 16MB of RAM and 640MB Hard Drive. It’s amazing how technology has changed! I can have a modern specs PC with pretty decent specs and even upgrade options in a palm sized device. I’m surprised of the power of this thing; it comes with windows 10 Home Edition and it runs pretty smooth. The Celeron N3450 handles all basics tasks just fine and it has a nice 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 128 m.2 SATA SSD, I decided to take the cover off to see how the inside looks (look at the picture) and I was surprised to find another m.2 PCIE X2 port on it! And it also has full sized SATA port for 2.5-inch HDD/SSD’s how is that even possible in such a small footprint that can also drive 2 displays via its HDMI ports. This thing will handle all basic tasks you throw at it, perfect for working with the office suite, browsing. Etc. it has a 3.5mm headphone jack, 4x USB Ports, gigabit ethernet, AC WIFI, MicroSD card input. For the price I think it’s a steal, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a ultra small PC ... show more

I absolutely love this mini computer. I had to buy a new one that met all the specs required to work from home. This small, yet powerful mini computer passed with flying colors. It was easy to setup (im not comuter savy). If I can do it, anyone can. I ran into a slight problem finding the product activation key for windows 10 Home. I reached out to AWOW and they responded super fast and with instruction on how to recover the key myself from within the system 1, Press Windows key + X 2, Click Command Prompt (Admin) 3, At the command prompt, type the command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey 4 Then you can reveal the product key, and copy it to the Windows activation interface("Settings"->"Update & Security"->"Activation"), and input it by "change the product key", then try to activate the Windows manually. ... show more

It's hard to provide much of a review for the actual computer. I could never get windows 10 to activate. I contacted AWOW three times with little help, Microsoft once, which ultimately said to contact the seller and Amazon once with the same result. I reset the pc three times. I ran the troubleshooter many times. I tried all of the suggestions as to how to retrieve the product key. All were fruitless. There was no Microsoft sticker on the machine, as there is supposed to be. At this point, I have to wonder whether there was a valid license. From the questions posted on this device, I saw that others had had similar issues. It wasn't something that I would have considered researching prior to my purchase. I will be returning the device. Unless Amazon is the seller, it is also the last computer that I will buy through Amazon. Working with resellers can be very difficult and unsatisfactory. ... show more

Bought this Mini PC for Zoom Meeting Purposes ONLY, this is a fine PC & fast loading too... but the Included Windows 10 Home Operation license is not working at all, called Amazon for Supplier telephone number but not find at all the only support is the email address, sent email twice no respond, I was give up on the support to avoid waste all my time for the windows updated I was decided to kept the machines but bought a windows 10 product key somewhere else to activated this unit. ... show more
