These little devices are surprisingly good for the price. I bought batteries because I'm bad at reading, but they came with batteries included and an extra battery each. The unit conversion button on one didn't initially work but I took out the battery and put it back in and it worked. The 3M sticky pads make for easy mounting. I walked all around with this thermometer and an instant read thermometer. It was one degree off, which is acceptable. It is small and looks just like th picture and comes in a baggie with a couple of stickies to hang them (they are super light, and the stickies are very strong because they're 3M) and more batteries. I bought a two pack of these, I only needed one but they came in a two pack. The units are nice and fit my application, use in a 3D printer automatic material switcher pretty well. The size of these fit the model I selected perfectly and the fit was good - but the notches on the side were not in the same plae as the model. So if you are buying these for the popular AMS desiccant holder system be aware you will need to trim some plastic to get them to fit. The accuracy may be flawed. My home shows around 57% humidity at the thermostat. There were showing 49%. It is not critical in my application but I wanted to mention that there was a difference. The units even came with a set of replacement batteries (one for each of the meters) and there was a battery installed. I thought that was a nice touch. ... show more

I work on industrial instrumentation and am familiar with much higher cost hygrometers. Bought these for My 3D printer filament storage. Considering the price point, the size of the sensors and the cheap electronics, these are performing better than I expected. If you want high accuracy, you aren't going to get it at this price from anyone. But these are fine for any home application you can think of. ... show more

Does it's job well, I'm not sure if its very accurate, but i don't necessarily need a very accurate thermometer and hygrometer. Just needed an approximate. It is pretty sensitive to humidity change so i would assume, it's pretty accurate.
