I had a bit of an issue with the packaging unfortunately, but I when ahead and used the shampoo. AMAZINGLY I only shampooed my hair and I was entirely surprised that it also helped condition it to because when I brushed my hair it was silky soft and the brush when right through it! Smells good but I noticed it has SLS in it. It also did next to nothing to make my hair less greasy overall, which is why I bought it. My hair feels clean after I use it but I'm not sure I'm seeing any "normalizing" happening.
