  • Heavy duty
The piece fit perfectly and looks real sturdy. I end up replacing about every 5 years from normal use during snow season.

  • Perfect fit
Item is definitely 17” long, with threads. Some reviews stated it was 19.5”. Durable steel. Easy to install.

  • Prefect fit, works great.
Returned full functionality to gas starter. These wear out (break down) every few years, and better than buying a whole new unit.

  • Did the trick!
The gas bar was perfect for our Colorado cabin's fireplace. The old gas bar was so corroded the flames were only 1/2 inch high. This one was easy to install and we added a 90 degree elbow at the end to support it on the free end.

  • Doesn't last
Much nicer length than the shorter tube that came with the original lighter. Pretty easy to install using some high-temp grease that should make it easy to remove again in the future. Edit: I've had it two years now and it is rusted and curled from the heat. Still works, but hardly as "heavy duty" as advertised. "Carbon steel" sounds good, but I see that it is actually the "low cost" option, now that I've done a little research. ... show more
