  • Good clay
Size: 20 lbs Color: TerraCotta
Clay was a bit dry but easy to add water to and wedge into condition. Throws well, may benefit from a little grog. Not too red, more of an olive orange, so not too messy.

  • I love the earthy flavor to eat
Size: 5 lbs Color: TerraCotta
I like to eat clay, it's very good but I feel a pain in my heart, for a few days now I don't know if it's because of this clay that I'm eating, maybe I just let it go. • Best terracotta clay for my money!
Size: 20 lbs Color: TerraCotta
This is my first time shopping for terracotta clay, I purchased it on a whim and I'm happy I did. The seller did contact me, thanking me for my purchase and letting me know if there's any issues to let them know. Also giving me some helpful tips and tricks just in case if the clay came a little dry which it did not. I had to add a picture of the clay and the packing because it was great, double bagged and everything! I am very happy with the terracotta clay. I made a copy of a terracotta pot. However, I'm not posting the picture, because I dropped it and then I stepped on it at the same time. Will buy more when I run out :) ... show more

  • Was and is still dry, rather unusable.
Tried to start working with this clay. Found it to be too dry and very difficult to work with so far. Had some black spots on it.

  • Works for primitive pottery.
Size: 5 lbs Color: TerraCotta
Needs a good amount of working and prepping. Dries out during pinch pots and coil pinching. Can make it work with effort.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. She has been waiting for me to get the kiln out. Today she opens the clay and it was all moldy…

  • Good clay for a good price
Size: 5 lbs Color: TerraCotta
I purchased a mini pottery wheel for my 12 year old son for Christmas. I was on the lookout for some clay to go with it and this was a good price--a lot cheaper than the lighter colored clay. It is good quality clay and works very well. Maybe the one down side is that it looks messier because of the dark color, and I'm not sure if it will be harder to get stains out, but really any clay is messy and you probably should use aprons and tools that are fine to be stained so I recommend this, especially for the better price. ... show more
