1. The microphone needed an extra adapter to add the dongle adapter that came included, in order to plug into sound bar. 2. Tested multiple times at home, and 2 sound checks on location. 3. The day of the event, the dongle would not turn on - regardless of trying to charge (which it had been). 4. The microphone didn't work for the reason / event it was purchased even after multiple sound checks with the same equipment. 5.
