I have to take vitamin D because I am always lacking it in my body. I have been taking vitamin D3 for years from GNC. Even though they are small i sometimes have a difficult time taking it. I started taking these back in July. So, I have been taking these for about 4 months. This brand is easy to swallow even without drinking water. I struggle taking pills that are very large on in the plastic type capsules. These are small and easy to take. I will be having my regular blood work in a couple days and I'll let you know if it's keeping my Vitamin D level where it needs to be.
