    • Life saver for my Meyers snow Plow
I have used these plow shoes for two winters on my Meyer 26500 Home Plow. I plow mostly on dirt, gravel, and grass and these shoes keep the plow blade from touching the ground when there is a curb or step in the ground level.     • Needed Accesory That Could Be Better.
The shoe brackets were really easy to install. My only complaint is that there is not enough washer spacers to adjust the moldboard height if needed. The spacers included are only to set the moldboard height for a smooth flat surface. If the surface in uneven or gravel there is not enough spacers to reset the height so the cutting edge doesn't dig in too much. Some users complain the shoes don't work and that is probably the reason they have not adjusted the shoes properly. ... show more

I purchased these for the Meyer Home plow, the specific plow they are made for. So I was very troubled to find that they did not line up with the holes in the plow. It took me 30 minutes with an angle grinder to carefully shave a little more than an 1/8' off the leading edge so that they would line up enough to get the bolts through. They seem sturdy, and came with plenty of washers to adjust blade height to my needs, but there is just no way an accessory marketed by Meyer to fit their plow should require significant alteration just to fit as intended. ... show more

I look at several other plows that came with wheels and skid shoes. Not hard to install but should be included in new plow package. Not bad at all.

    • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I had to spend $150 on machining this Genuine Meyer Kit to make it fit their own Meyer Plow. Size is wrong, Holes don't line up on the kit itself, forget about lining up on the plow. So much for purchasing the genuine Meyer part that is supposed to be a perfect fit for their own plow. Very poorly made. The two pieces don't even match, they look like they were welded by somebody who had a case a beer and three shots. Very disappointing. ... show more

One fit one didn't. One side went on the plow perfectly bot the other side took some drilling for the holes to line up
