These are great ball Joints, I have used them on multiple JK Jeeps, they hold up very well and this is the same part that Napa sells as their premium line, (Part numbers that start with "TTX") but with a much better price. This even comes with a install sleeve to work with your ball joint press.

    • I really like this ball joint but
EDIT: I decided to call back one last time and they answered. I asked all my questions and they had all the answers. Let me add that for my 2009 Jeep JK Rubicon front ball joints do not need to be indexed. My new ball joints came with a dot so I was going crazy to figure if it needed to be pointed outside, front etc. Just take them out of the box and install them. I also asked them about the lower Zerk and found out you cannot install a zerk if you have a Dana44 axle (Rubicon). The ujoint is to large and will whack off the head of the zerks. They come with a screw that you screw in after you load the balljoint with grease via the zerk. I also asked about the grease relief hole located in the boot. Tech support also said the hole is designed for exit only so nothing can get in. I changed my 1 star review to 5 stars because the technician had great answers for all my questions. I called them from the number that was listed on the parts box but I still wanted to give them 4 stars because it took me 4 days to get a hold of them. I will give them the benefit of doubt this time Thank you for manning and answering the phone. Keep it up. The company that supports it is vary sad. I tried calling, writing and email and filling out a web-form and no one calls me back. I need the green boot off mu upper (TXK3134T) ball joint. Mine ripped. I also need new Zerks. The ones that are provided are ripped off my my front u-joints (2009 Jeep JK Rubicon). So the only course of action it to add grease then unscrew zerk then cap ball joint off (lower ball joint only). Your grease fittings are huge... It was too hot and humid to take pictures but ask someone with a JK with stock ujoints what I am talking about. Since I didn't do my passenger side yet. I was going to see how your customer service was but I guess not. I am ordering another upper one and see if I can manage not to tear this one up. c'mon fellers tech support needs to be able to field some questions from customers from time to time. I left mine in 3 different formats for you all to read and call me back. sooooo this costed your company 4 stars.... I gave you one start because it looked like a good product. ... show more
