  • Bottles I received looked different, left residue
Size: 1 Gallon
The gallon bottles i received didn't look like the picture and I am getting residue after use. I am using reagent grade methanol to clean coated optics for telescopes, using clean-room quality swabs and wipes from Newport Glass / MKS (a respected, publicly traded company that caters to research, photonics, optics). When I used this methanol to gently clean optics, I was getting residue after it evaporated. If you wish to return the product, there is a steep restocking fee. Not completely satisfied. ... show more
