The product originally came without the upright poles for supporting the pool. The replacement came missing the exact same parts. They're supposed to be 20 pipes, there's only 10. Now I'm stuck hauling these heavy pools to the UPS store instead of enjoying a break from the heat. Now I'm making deliveries in the heat. I am a very unhappy customer ... show more

I ordered this 8 ft x 30 in round swimming pool for my two young children, ages 2 and 3 1/2 years old. They love the water but hate wearing swim vests and bobbing on the surface in larger sized pools. The 30 in depth of this pool will be perfect for them to be able to touch the bottom and walk around on their own. Set up was straightforward and instructions were clearly written with decent illustrations. Instructions say setup takes about 30 minutes with 2-3 people working. I would say that is accurate and would highly recommend at least 2 people since you assemble the horizontal circle first and then lift the whole thing up to get the vertical legs in place. They suggest putting talcum powder on the metal rods before assembly. Talcum powder is not included. Also not included in this kit: pool pump, ground tarp, cover or ladder. All of these accessories need to be purchased separately. It does come with 2 repair patches and two extra button pieces that snap the horizontal and vertical pieces together. The metal frame feels nice and sturdy. The liner doesn't feel quite as thick on the bottom as my father-in-law's pool but overall is nice quality and should hold up well for many years if taken care of properly. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great value and super easy assembly. The directions could have been written better but once I had everything organized and in place it was very simple! Make sure you have baby powder and rub it well on the metal tubes to help when it’s time to take it down! I had every intention on putting this on the curb for someone to pick up at the end of the season, but I think I’ll take it down and keep it for next year. ... show more

    • Great for adults too
My yard has a nice lawn so we can't put it there, instead we had a deck built and had it reinforced to hold these kind of pools. So in the summer part of our deck becomes the pool area. I've had Intex brand and always have problems with them popping and blowing out half way thru the season. The reason is because the seam never sits flat on the ground it's always right on the curve towards the bottom. This makes the seam have more stress on it. This design has the seam right on the very bottom almost under. It's the proper placement. I'm very happy that they thought about that and designed it properly. I won't have to worry about seams bursting and flooding the deck this year. This was easy to put together. I found the holes to slide the metal bars in larger and easier. I also like that the metal bars and corner connecters are textured rather than painted smooth. When they are smooth they stick to the vinyl like glue. I like that the kit came with extra pin connecters just in case one breaks. Took me and a friend about 45 min to get it setup nicely. This does not come with a filter but I have the same higher end one from last years pool and it fits perfectly. Some might need a step stool to get in the pool especially kids. So far it's perfect for my needs. I hope I get a few years out of it. ... show more
