  • Woking flawless with quest 3
From a quest 3 user❤️ -First impressions- Hearing reviews from my friends of not getting these controllers because of tracking issues, overheating, going into sleep mode, etc, all of them having the quest pro. So, since I have the quest 3 and wanted to try them out, OMG game changer!!! Just by first touching them they feel really good quality. From a vrchat hardcore player these controllers are so worth it 100% especially now that they're cheaper. -Vrchat- I never loose tracking at any moment with these, even if my arms are resting they don't go into sleeping mode NEVER, with the last update of vrchat adding finger tracking to PCVR. I can also say that I can swith between pro controllers to hand tracking and vice-versa, without issues. -other games- Contractors showdown, beat saber, thrill of the fight, blade & sorcery, ELEVEN,and other games, overall yes I do feel tracking improvement and keep in mind these are heavier so at least for me make my gaming experience way more immersive. -conclusion/overall/recommendation- I can't say I was having tracking issues with my quest 3 controllers, it just the tracking range is not for me especially in vrchat where I move a lot and just doing a t pose or standing straight controllers were loosing tracking(range of cameras and my long arms), so was a lil annoying:/. For fps, aiming, pulling up inventory from your back pack, etc. Works extremely fluently too. So, Yes I highly recommend these controllers, again for quest 3, I don't think is worth it if you have a quest 2 anymore to be honest, with that money you can save up and upgrade to a quest 3. PS: I don't have any of the issues that quest pro people claim, overheating, going into sleep mode, etc. PS2: get the destek cb2 grips ... show more

  • Great Controllers on their own!
So I'm gonna start off by saying that my 5 star is on the controllers functionality use. The controller works well with the Quest 2 that I've found, albeit the small issue with the WiFi function that should be fixed in an upcoming update (but was already fixed on the Quest Pro). Pros: * Benefits with off Camera accuracy quite well. Especially makes back-play much easier to deal with. * Despite being a hair heavier, in weight, it is actually lighter to me, possibly because of the ring. * Native rechargeable battery. Though we'll see how well that will be in months time. * These controllers come with a small recharge cradle. Cons: * 8-9 hours from full charge. * Charge Cradle is very small. * Charge cradle has a specific way of putting it on (i.e. doesn't make it easy to just place and go) * When not in use, still can drain a little. * Requires removing the Quest 2 controllers from the Quest 2 to put in the Quest Pro controllers. So why with the amount of stars for the amount of cons? Well, at their heart, it runs great. I don't have to worry about lighting for full functionality of the controllers which when in one room, the overhead light was so bright, you would think some kind of unknown experience is happening in the room if you looked through the window and it could get through most accessories for the headset for light leakage from the top. In another area, the lighting is too little and would require an infrared light to assist. Plus, if being done in the evening, the area was more echo-y so one could unintentionally wake up others in their rooms. So having these controllers eliminate lighting requirements outright. Plus, sometimes I wanted to look at different directions while firing in another (dual ranged weapons) or move around proper with melee based games and sometimes you need back blocks. While it works with the wrist strap, I would prefer having knuckle straps for throwing-based mechanics. There isn't really anything on the market that I've seen with enough confidence to say "Oh, let me try that" for having such grips. Also, it does come with a stylus for writing, but I haven't used anything that required it so not sure if its even gonna be useful for me. Overall, I still find this a great product. The hard part is justifying the cost if wanting to switch from the Quest 2 controllers. Yes, basically if you got a Quest 2 and got these, you're looking at more of an expense towards a custom PC. But I had my stuff long enough and figured I'd treat myself so the cost was fine for me. ... show more
