  • Woking flawless with quest 3
From a quest 3 user❤️ -First impressions- Hearing reviews from my friends of not getting these controllers because of tracking issues, overheating, going into sleep mode, etc, all of them having the quest pro. So, since I have the quest 3 and wanted to try them out, OMG game changer!!! Just by first touching them they feel really good quality. From a vrchat hardcore player these controllers are so worth it 100% especially now that they're cheaper. -Vrchat- I never loose tracking at any moment with these, even if my arms are resting they don't go into sleeping mode NEVER, with the last update of vrchat adding finger tracking to PCVR. I can also say that I can swith between pro controllers to hand tracking and vice-versa, without issues. -other games- Contractors showdown, beat saber, thrill of the fight, blade & sorcery, ELEVEN,and other games, overall yes I do feel tracking improvement and keep in mind these are heavier so at least for me make my gaming experience way more immersive. -conclusion/overall/recommendation- I can't say I was having tracking issues with my quest 3 controllers, it just the tracking range is not for me especially in vrchat where I move a lot and just doing a t pose or standing straight controllers were loosing tracking(range of cameras and my long arms), so was a lil annoying:/. For fps, aiming, pulling up inventory from your back pack, etc. Works extremely fluently too. So, Yes I highly recommend these controllers, again for quest 3, I don't think is worth it if you have a quest 2 anymore to be honest, with that money you can save up and upgrade to a quest 3. PS: I don't have any of the issues that quest pro people claim, overheating, going into sleep mode, etc. PS2: get the destek cb2 grips ... show more

  • These controllers are garbage.
Okay look, for a quest user, these controllers seem great because it gives you the tracking you need to use your controllers as you want. Want to track behind you? You got it! Put your hands down by your side? Just fine! Want to lay down with them and put your hands above your head and still got tracking? Awesome! It does it! However, ALL quest pro controllers have TWO MAJOR FLAWS with them. 1. IT THINKS you are touching the triggers and/or joysticks when you aren't. 2. The controllers have an inactivity timer of one minute. So the first issue is that if you're playing a game, like VRChat, The controllers will think you are touching the triggers, making it to where you are forced to do a facial expression. This is awful, cuz using facial expressions is super important, and if you want to smile at someone, you cant, cuz the controllers think you are holding the controller triggers when you aren't even touching the controllers. This also happens with BOTH controllers. There is currently a support ticket about this issue, and EVERYONE has been instructed to reach out to support to RMA their controllers, and guess what, even the RMA'ed controllers still have the same issue. The only person who found a solution, was taking the controllers apart and removing a metal piece, which I don't advise, and will not do. 2nd, the inactivity timer. This inactivity timer is based on movement. So if you are laying down and chatting with your friends, and got your hands to your side, or above your head, if you aren't moving the controllers, they will DISCONNECT. This is so annoying because now your hands will FLY OFF somewhere because they are no longer connected, and the only way to KEEP them connected is to move the controller. Mind you, I said the keyword MOVE. The buttons DO NOT RESET THE TIMER. These controllers are GARBAGE for what they cost. You are LITERALLY better off buying two basestations, and buying refurbished index controllers than these. Save your money, unless you are REALLY desperate for having tracking behind you, below you, and above you. ... show more
