We just got it, and already difficulties with headset. my child can’t play with it is heating very fast. headset not supported to do that. we had quest 2 before, we know how it works. And we have more negative exercise with the headset

The write did not Mention that it would be missing parts. Specifically the Battery Covers for the Hand Controllers. The Security Wrist strap skids in to a slot on the controller, But relies on the Battery Cover to Secure it in Place. With out the Battery Cover, the Safety wrist strap can not be used.
