After 2 months of light use, it quit working. When the switch is pressed, the motor starts but then immediately shuts off. I can find no way to contact the company to get it repaired. 30 day Amazon return not available due to 60 day age. Now I'm stuck with a useless piece of ****. After tracing down the seller, they refunded the purchase price. Said to keep the broken one. I would rather it had kept working but am satisfied with refund. I was too hasty in writing a review. This is a fine little handheld. Exactly what I need for a studio apt and deck. I especially appreciate the bag to store accessories. Suction is good, ease of cleaning, run time, and convenience for small jobs. My first criticism was with the very small brush tool. I brought it to mostly use on my bed because my cat likes staying my bed. It worked perfectly!! There are three different types of tools connected to vacuum and the one with brush is what i like most . It’s friendly on charging and easy work!! I think for the price there is very little competition for this vacuum. While it is small and compact it still has quite a bit of force when it comes to cleaning. There hasn’t been an instance yet where I found myself needing a larger vacuum due to the many accessories that it came with to further it’s capabilities.
