Surprisingly, the luggage didn’t have any smells, although the travel bags have a strong smell. I do recommend opening your luggage a day or two before so that you can air them out. They Come in all sizes one of them is really big. Can definitely fit multiple items of clothing while traveling abroad. The wheels roll very easily. It doesn’t stop or snag there was no issues with. On a three week international trip, I traveled by plane, train and buss to three countries, moving between 6 hotels. Many of the streets I pulled these cases over where rough cobblestone. The wheels handled all of the different surfaces well. The zippers never had a problem- although I am not one to overstuff s suitcase. The outside of the cases looked just like new at the end of the trip. No dents or scuffs at all. The photos show the front and back AFTER I returned from the trip. My traveling companions suitcases (purchased new for this trip, from a different company) looked terrible. A plastic film was peeling off revealing a white plastic under the color of the film. There were lots of scuff marks as well. The wheels often became stuck on rough surfaces causing her bags to fall over. The pulling handle on her large case twisted and did not retract fully by the end of the trip. Overall I found this set of suitcases wonderful. The included stuff bags were great as well. I wish they had a makeup bag or small computer type bag to match. ... show more

Both my husband and I needed new suitcases and a local department store was having a sale so we stopped by. OH. MY. GOSH! I almost fainted from sticker shock. Just ONE small carryon (didn't matter what brand) was between $300 and $400. Ridiculous. Logging into my Amazon account, I perused through the choices and landed on this set. It arrived yesterday and it is truly amazing. Everything we wanted, including features, function and fashion and more. We could not be more thrilled. We got 7 pieces of very versatile, what looks like very durable, easy to roll, lightweight luggage for less than what one piece would have cost at the department store. This is the best luggage set I’ve ever had. Love how many different compartments and storage areas they have, the wheels run smoothly and most definitely love the individual extra storage bags for personal items. Beautiful but not durable! I bought this luggage set at the end of February for a trip in May. I used this set for the first time last week for our trip to the Bahamas and the large suitcase was cracked when we claimed our luggage in the Bahamas. It is pass my window to return so I am stuck with unusable luggage. If you plan on purchasing this set, don’t buy it an advance because it is a one time use set!! These are great, easy to maneuver, very sturdy. I was concerned about the light color, but after two road trips (personal car, and a tour bus) my bags are just as lovely as day one. Each piece of luggage is roomy, has a variety of sizes to fit every travel need. Stacks neatly inside each other to save space when not on use.
