The MegRhythm by Kao Gentle Steam Neck Patch came packaged in a box of five individually wrapped steam patches. Each package has instructions on the outside of the sealed package. To activate the patch, you remove the adhesive paper from the patch and place it on your neck. After about a minute or two, the patch will begin to heat up and you can smell the scent of lavender. I think the heat and scent was just right and I enjoyed how it loosened my neck muscles. The patch comes off easily without any issue. Enjoy! ... show more
