1/7/24 - Update - So, I truly like this massager, it has great power, and the controls are really easy to use. BUT, it has one downfall - the rubber boot connected to the rotary joint, shown in the picture. over time, it comes loose, and "chatters," making the massager very loud. I attempted to glue it back into place, and this worked for over a year, but now, the rubber boot is falling apart. Other than that, it is the best massager I've owned. 7/7/22 - Update: I must say, the customer service of Megawise is Outstanding! After they saw my review, they contacted me about my concerns, and sent me a new unit free of charge. I truly hope this one works out better, it really does have the potential to be a great massager. I've had a few massagers over the years, and was skeptical when it cam time to get a new one. After a lot of searching, I decided to get this one. I've had it for about 8 months now, and for the most part, I'm pleased with how it works, BUT, I've noticed that over the course of the 8 months that I owned and used it, the noise level in the head unit, a rattling sound from the vibration, has gotten a bit louder over time. And I generally only use the single round head attachment and flat attachment, the others just don't feel good, and the double round head, I feel like with enough pressure, it'll beak somehow. And compared to most other massagers, I really like that this one has push button controls vs. a roll wheel or a sliding switch, so much easier to turn on and off. ... show more

    • Great reach for lower back and legs
When I first got it it was great, it's perfect for massaging your lower legs, feet and anywhere on you back due to long reach while being able to be sitting relaxing on the couch, however, it started acting up and not turning on after about 6 months, it stopped working completely after 9. I used it when I was sore, which is not every day so I don't think it was used excessively. I'm unable to leave a real review - somehow being honest isn't allowed, but the quality and longevity isn't here for this product. I doubt they'll let me publish this one either. It gets rejected but you can't see or edit your original, even though it asks you if you want to edit, so save your reviews in a text doc is the moral of the story I guess. It would be nice if you were allowed to leave both good reviews when it's accurate and other reviews when needed as well. It is easy to use, easy to hold and does the job for back and leg pain while it works, but that probably won't be long. ... show more

    • Solid Construction with many different functions.
The media could not be loaded. First let me tell you the functions and accessories. It has 5 different speeds, they recommend starting at the third and working your way down or up based on your preference. It starts out of the box on 3 and honestly with the first head I used that was perfect and going up was just too much. It varies from head to head and how much pressure you apply. It also has 5 vibration settings. It starts with a steady one which is really the only one I liked. The rest are varying few seconds of vibration and stopping. I wont go into detail about the vibrations, but I could see them being used for problem areas where you want a few seconds off and on. I see their usefulness, it just wasn't something I enjoyed. Its all about personal preference. It has 5 different heads for various uses and I like them all, but you will probably want to change the speed based on the head. With 5 heads, 5 speeds and 5 vibrations setting you really have a lot of options. The construction is great and the length is good. I could reach the small of my back from the top and its curved to make reaching easier. While not too heavy for me it is a little heavy. I like this, but be aware if you have trouble lifting things. For me it was the perfect size and weight. Its very sturdy and allowed me to put nice pressure on my back and shoulders. The cord is plenty long enough. The instructions explain the various heads and their uses. Overall I am impressed with this device and like the various heads. The only problem I had was that the heads screw on and with a couple of them doing certain motions causes them to unscrew. This is by no means a deal breaker just be aware. This is a good value for a massager and an item I would purchase again. ... show more

Lots of heads to screw on. Perfect long thin curved shape to grab onto and maneuver to the upper middle and bottom of the back while laying down on your sides. Just wish it was a little more heavy to just hold it and let the weight of it do the pushing. The current weight works well with different heads. My other one went out after 10 months so I bought another one because they are not expensive. 👍 ... show more
