This is one of the best quality gel polishes that I’ve come across. The bottles are small and I wish they sold colors separately but they are vibrant most only need 1 or 2 coats for coverage. Honestly. That’s it. What I’ve found from doing my own nails is the thinner the coats, the longer it stays. And thin coats of this polish last for SO long. They are perfect if you make sure that the nail and base coat are very even and smooth. I love switching up colors weekly when I start to see alittle growth and the small bottles allow me to try tons of different colors. They also make for easy storage. I am blown away at the quality of this product. This was my first time using a gel nail manicure on myself and I did quite a bit of research before purchasing on how to apply the correct way and the dos and donts. I’d say my nails turned out very good for a newbie. Honestly, they were giving me salon vibes because it looks 10x better than just your average nail polish. For this look I did a thin layer of base cured for 30s, builder(my nails are really thin so I wanted to add thickness) cured for 30s, thin layer of color( I used the red 0687 & honey she gives 💋) cured for 60s, thin layer of color for a second coat cured for 30s, and then the clear top coat and cured for 30s but it needed a bit more so I hit the 30s again and it was perfect! I will say that I was so nervous about this because of the mixed reviews but mine came flawless works amazing and I’m a super happy woman right now best thing I’ve gotten myself in awhile! ****** ladies this lamp is HOT so I did hold it above my hand about three inches because I noticed that it was tingling on my middle and left ring finger and I didn’t want to burn my skin or ruin my nails so if you find that your skin is a bit more sensitive just lift the machine up a bit and pull some of that heat away from you ;) your welcome. Also, wanted to mention that all of the products this kit comes with look great quality especially the nail files!! I LOVE to get my nails done, but we had to cut down on expenses, so I resorted to what I THOUGHT would be better than generic nail polish. Unfortunately, it chips just as bad as regular polish. It is more durable than regular polish, but within two days the polish was chipped. (Better than day one with regular polish I suppose) I may just need more practice with it? The colors on these are mega vibrant, I gifted it to my 12 year old sister and she fell in love with it and now wants to become a nail tech 😂 she is having new nail designs every week. Thrown in the box and mixed all up, not a shipping issue but a distribution issue, was a total mess once I opened the box, looked used and horrible.. of course not enough time now to make the trip to its destination as a gift..not for Xmas but for bday.
