Can't say anything bad about these filters, they work great, quieter then others. One great feature is the lock that prevents little fingers or pets from changing settings. But one thing not thought of is this lock only works when the unit is running. Does not prevent little fingers or pets from turning it on or messing with the settings once accidentally turned on. Not a deal breaker, just hope the manufacture sees these reviews and could rethink this lock feature. ... show more

    • Silent at night. Have worked great for us
We got two of these and so far so good. At night it’s pretty quiet and the timer works pretty well. I have pretty bad mold and dust allergies and these have helped a lot since our new apartment has a lot of carpet. No matter how much we clean, carpets hold to dust and before we got these purifier I would sneeze non- stop. Now I just run it at least 2 hours and the problem is solved for the night or couple days.     • Worth Every Penny
As a long time asthmatic, I have tried a bunch of hepa filters over the years. I bought this pair of units late last year, and they seemed to work just fine, but tonight they proved to me how good an investment they are. My house is a cabin in an actual forest, and the most effective heater is a cast iron wood stove. Seriously. It heats the house better than any other heater, but the downside is that the smoke irritates my lungs, so often I would bundle up and only heat my bedroom in the winter time. Recently, however, I acquired a roommate, and he is obsessed with the wood stove and delights in using it to keep the house nice and toasty. Generally, that’s ok, but tonight he did not completely close one of the doors on the stove and the smoke gradually filled the house. I didn’t realize there was a problem for at least an hour, and by then I was having a lot of difficulty breathing. First, I closed the door on the stove, then I took a bunch of meds, then I kicked both air purifiers to the max! Less than 1/2 hour later, the air in the entire 3 br house was clear (as opposed to being murky and thick with smoke), and, most importantly, I was able to BREATHE. After a very long wait, these finally arrived just in time for absolute worst air quality ever, as a wildfire broke out locally, shortly after we got them. Initially had opened up just one & set it up in our bedroom to try out - but on the 2nd day of the new local fire, we came downstairs to discover that while the upper level of our home was fine, thanks to the unit in our bedroom, the main level of our house was an entirely different story & apparently the smoke was seeping in around doors. We promptly set up a unit on "high" on the main level - and within minutes, the smoke smell was completely gone! Cannot comment on "sleep" mode, as we have not yet used that.... Due to the situation of having a very active fire near our home & very unsafe air quality, we've just been running on "high" around the clock.... Could not be more thankful to have these! We personally recommend having one unit per level of home. ... show more

Love the air purifier itself. Ordered 6 black and 6 white so 12 total but only received 11. Fought with customer service to get charges corrected which finally just submitted dispute with credit card company instead. Ordered when “in stock” and received shipping information within a day, but the black air purifiers were received 4 weeks later. The white air purifiers were ordered much later than the black and yet they all arrived within a few days of each other after no assistance from customer service. Just kept telling me that orders are behind and to be patient. No help at all. If you can get past the customer service part then these air purifiers are phenomenal and have really helped to keep employees and patients safe. ... show more

I am not usually one to provide reviews. This really is a solid purchase. I purchased the two pack black Medify MA-40 2.0. I like how well it is packaged, how compact it is, how easy it is to use, the simplicity of the filter (make sure to remove the plastic wrap), and how it clears up smells. I use one in our log cabin, and it removes all musty smells and the smell of smoke from the wood-burning fireplace. It really does a great job. ... show more
