I'm not sure how I feel about this product. Rolling balls under my feet are not really comfortable. I use it daily because I do want my legs and feet to feel better, If this machine gets the job done, then that's all I want, for now, I'm undecided.

I bought this for foot neuropathy and it feels good. It doesn’t cure but it feels great when I’m using it. I wanted to try a foot messager and I bought this inexpensive unit to see if it helped with my neuropathy before buying an expensive unit. It works mechanically but so far hasn’t stopped the balls of my feet from burning. I will still keep using it twice a day for awhile. Hoping it can help.

I purchased this specifically before of the heating function. I work in an office and this was nice under my desk. I haven't used it TOO often but today less then 2 months after purchase the heating function isn't working. I'm really upset with this and expected it to last longer then the 2 month I had it.     • A great addition to the home workspace.
It has rigid motion (won’t freak hard under your feet). The heating function is quick. Not sure if the lights are supposed to turn off after a while, but the power button stays red, and the heat stays on. I find myself accidentally pushing the power button with my heel when I shift, but conveniently only when I shift to find the rollers or leave my workspace. I don’t like that my legs can be only so narrow (not that I want to manspread, but my natural relaxed state is modestly spread), so it’d be nice if each pad were angled maybe 8-12° outward. Just recently arrived, should have been a Christmas gift but the one who received it was the receiver and the box was not within another box so he opened it. Besides that the product itself works very well. My husband has planter fasciitis and he now uses it daily after work which he claims has helped relieve the pain. My husband is very iffy about these kind of things and he really enjoys it. It's easy to handle, has a think later of net over it which might last long if you don't handle the item with care.
