The pins won't stay in and get pushed back. The RV source pin for "always on" is not wired to the trailer "aux", but rather the brake lights. Since the 7-pin plug doesn't actually have a "power brake", trailer manufacturers will tie the electric brakes to the brake light... Meaning the always on power source for "auxiliary" then locks the electric brakes: "on" for the trailer. What a drag ... show more
