I used these command strips to hang a wall file organizer. I didn't want to figure out how to use a drill and screws and stuff to make the organizer hang. My mom told me that these strips can hold pretty much anything. I was a little skeptical especially since the hanging file organizer didn't have much flat space/surface area on the back to attach the command strips. However, the little spot (about a 1/4 of the command strip length) that did exist for the strip to stick to was plenty. My organizer is super sturdy on the wall and has had no issues even as I add more and more weight to the organizer. Definitely would recommend. The instructions are easy and much better than having holes in the walls! Side note: You'll see I tried to put a pink sticky note over the part of the command strip that was showing. I wish I wouldn't have done that. Just made it look worse. ... show more

I've been using these exact strips for several years. As far as I can tell these are the strongest ones they make, each pair of strips claims to be rated for 4lbs and while I've never tested that exactly, I've hung many things with these. They are what they are. My main gripe is that when I ordered a pack in 2020 they were $10, I ordered a pack in 2022 that was $13.60 and now they're $15+. Lame. Not exactly easy to use to hang something straight & level, but I have hung this big ~22lb mirror on my wall with like 7 sets of these things in several different apartments over the years with no problem. ... show more

I use command strips more then I put nails on the walls, these painting are about 2/3 the size of me and i’m 5 4’. It wasn’t difficult to hang up. I learned that you definitely need to here little snaps before releasing because that’s when you know, it’s on!
