How can a toaster be this great? I thought I'd never get my husband to toss out the toaster oven, but finally I found something he will accept as a replacement. The air fryer didn't do it, but took up a lot of counter space. I've been wanting that corner back where the ancient toaster oven has been sitting for 10 years, but he swore nothing would toast everything perfectly, but finally this toaster does the trick. Not only that, but it's the coolest toaster I've ever seen or used in my life. Not that I've used a lot of toasters. This is the kind of technology we deserve. The cool gadgets we've been promised. No jetpacks or flying cars, but this toaster is long overdue. Much like microwaves, you just push the button for the thing you want to cook and the level you want it cooked to and you're done. When this toaster is done, it's done. No hassle. My old pop-up toaster had no setting that made sense. There was a large dial and good luck figuring out what a quarter turn meant or a half turn or whatever. You stop in one place and nothing is cooked. Stop a little further and everything is burned. That old toaster required a 1 and a half cycles to get toast done correctly. Meaning, you better stand there watching it or it was going to burn. Anyway, this toaster is beyond perfect! Beyond anything I would dare to dream of. It is wonderful. I can't bring myself to call a toaster a life-changer, but I want to. ... show more

This is a very cool toaster! First thing I noticed was how light it was. It's very lightweight but stainless steel so that's great and makes it easy to move and clean. Second, it has a very cool, easy to read digital touch display! I love the visual shade settings and I found them to be fairly accurate! You can select different bread types and how toasted you want. (I don't think it's a sensor or anything. I think they are just default timer settings but still a cool novelty! ) The toaster, like any toaster, does get hot so that's the only questionable thing about the digital interface and it being so close to the heat. But I have a touch screen air fryer with no issues so perhaps this will be just fine as well. Fingers crossed because I love this thing! It's big enough for bagels and I used it to toast a few pieces of bread for dinner..... so it CAN handle multiple uses at a time. It has a 1 year warranty in case anything happens under normal use. Now I can't wait to use this for some waffles for breakfast! I wish this was a 4 slice model! ... show more

This is a really nice looking toaster. The display on the front is easy to figure out - you tap the icon for the bread type you are using and the icon for level of toasting you want. The icons you tap will start to blink to let you know which ones are being used, then just push the lever down and wait for it to complete it's toasting cycle, which is relatively quick (as it should be for a brand new toaster). The different darkness's of toasting are displayed fairly accurately and the choice of bread products covers just about everything. The slots are a good width and easily accommodate fat bagel halves and there's a little indicator at one end of the top to remind you which way to place bagel halves in the slots (cut side facing out). The only problem I have with the toaster is that, when not in use, the only way to shut the toaster completely off is to unplug it. If you don't unplug, the icons that were just used will continue to blink, and that really bugs me. But I guess that having to unplug it can also be considered a safety feature. ... show more

Although this toaster is a bit more than I've ever had before it's a marvelous toaster. The touch screen makes it so easy to use. Just put your item in and press the appropriate "button" on the screen and wait for the perfectly toasted bread! With the nearly 5 inch touch screen it's easy to make your selection correctly. The images given match the results you'll receive. Plus it has a timer to let you know exactly when your toast is going to be finished. The slots for the item to go in are a good 1 inch wide and should fit most bagels. I can't remember ever having a toaster that was smart enough to truly know when the right toasting level had been reached. Clean-up afterwards is a breeze! The metal exterior is cleaned easily with a damp cloth. The crumb tray pulls out easily for emptying and wiping clean. It's a very sturdy toaster and was packaged very well at the factory. I expect several or more years of good service from this toaster making the price acceptable. I recommend this toaster highly. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This toaster is actually really nice! The touchscreen is very easy to use and you don't have to tap on the screen hard or over-and-over again to select your option. It came in really nice, no dents, no scratches, etc.. I will say, you *need* to read the instructions because I didn't when I was testing a slice of toast and it came out burnt. When I looked in the manual to figure out why it was burnt, it said if you're going to toast one slice at a time, you need to select a lighter option than you normally would because the chamber is toasting based off of having two slices inside, meaning it will overheat the one slice since the heat won't be balanced throughout the toaster. Because of this, I tried a new slice and clicked on one button short of what I would normally do and it came out perfect! I can't blame the toaster because I didn't read the manual the first time lol. It makes since, too, because the toaster is meant to heat the whole chamber up and if you only have one slice, it will overcook because that's the only thing being heated inside.. whereas if you had two slices, it would distribute the heat evenly and make your toast accordingly. I love this toaster! It was really easy to use once I read the manual. It even has a defrost button for frozen waffles, pancakes, etc.. ... show more
