I saw New Zealand and manuka and knew it was necessary to order this. Even though its a blend, at $12.99, the current price, it seems like a very good deal. I unfortunately received this with a large crack in the lid but decided to keep it and try it since there is a tamper proof seal that was partially exposed but still sealed. It was a very sweet but delicious honey, much different than what you get in packets at the diner or even at coffee shops. It is a great price for the product and a little goes a long way. I'd never heard of manuka honey before, so I was really intrigued to try this. I used it as a substitute to brown sugar on oatmeal for breakfast and was blown away by the flavor. It's got the typical sweetness that you would expect but also has kind of a caramel hint to it. Looking forward to trying it in a few different recipes. I’m a huge fan of manuka honey, and this jar is just as great as any others I’ve tried! It’s so much better than regular honey, in my opinion. It’s nice and thick and sweet and is great for anything you would put honey on. And the health benefits are just a plus!

Me Today Wildflower MGO 30+ Manuka Honey Blend is an incredibly thick and rich honey which is noticeably different from the honey that you usually find at your local supermarket or big box store. The plastic bottle holds 8.8oz of golden caramel colored honey. Even with its thick and creamy texture, it is easy to remove a spoonful to include in a cup of tea or to pour it into a measuring cup to include into your favorite savory or sweet dish. My family used it most often added to hot cups of tea and atop homemade chicken tenders. The honey has a delightful floral flavor that isn't overpowering or cloying. MGO stands for methylglyoxal which is a naturally-occurring compound in Manuka Honey which gives it its unique antibacterial properties. The higher the MGO number reflects how high the antibacterial properties are included in the honey. Given that this honey has a 30+ rating, it falls in the middle where it is neither too low nor very high. The honey blend is made from wildflower honey and Manuka honey. There are 12 servings per bottle with each 1 tablespoon serving containing 70 calories and 17g Total Carbohydrates. It is a raw and unpasteurized Product of New Zealand. The product that I received has a best by date of 43 months from the date that I received it. This honey has a light but opaque color and has a good, mild flavor, not as powerful as clover honey, but smoother like Tupalo honey. It is minimally processed so it retains most of the natural benefits of honey. Being a blend of wildflower and Manuka, it is mainly intended to be a table honey. The MGO rating, a rating of how much Methylglyoxal is present, indicates how much antibacterial strength is present. Manuka honey is unique in possessing this ingredient. This blend is rated as MGO 30+ which is pretty low; It is mostly useful as a good tasting, all natural table honey. It probably has some healthy benefits over regular honey, but don't expect it to have the pow!! of pure Manuka. me today - Wildflower MGO 30+ Manuka Honey Blend, New Zealand Honey (8.8oz) brand me today My 8.8oz jar of Wildflower Honey with Manuka arrived in perfect condition, well sealed with a click top, and an inner seal. The BB date is Nov 28 2027, very fresh. Honey keeps really well in the pantry, too. The honey is imported from New Zealand. I've been very excited to taste Wildflower Honey with Manuka! Since this is a blended honey, not 100% Manuka, it is rated MGO 30 +. I'm no expert on Manuka by a long shot, but I love honey in general, and this one is excellent. The texture is on the thicker side, between a regular honey, and a super thick creamed honey. The color is a deep caramel. The flavor is very delicious, just sweet enough, very smooth, and wonderfully floral. The aroma is wonderfully rich and floral, too. I think all honey has health benefits, but personally can't afford the super expensive ones from New Zealand. So, I'm very happy with this lovely honey, it's perfect for my tea. It's really rich, and adds a very delicious flavor to tea, which is mainly what I use it for. me today Wildflower Honey with Manuka is priced very reasonably and gives you the great health benefits of New Zealand honey.
