I ran out of my McDavid Kinesiology tape and forget the brand name so I ordered KT Pro Extreme tape. There is a big difference in the support strength and adhesion. Knee support is necessary when I workout due to a torn meniscus. Half way through my vigorous workout part of the tape was came off despite using alcohol to secure adhesion. This tape definitely holds up and holds on. Several tapes peal off you skin, especially when you put clothing on over the tape. This tape clings to your skin nicely and it also doesn't fray. It stretches nicely for Kinesiology tape providing great support. I have a torn meniscus in both my knees and this tape helps hold it all together.
