This is not a good GPU. It should not be purchased by anyone unless you have no other options, which is not the case any longer. It is on par with the 5+ year old RX580. You read that right. So old it has less numbers in it. I got one of those years ago for about $150, so this is a terrible deal for a bad GPU that will not get the job done. Maxsun? Not Asus or MSI or Powercolor, heck not even an XFX? Just say no. ... show more

This is a $250 video card. You can buy rtx 3060's for cheaper than what they have this listed for.

    • Decent GPU but could be better
I bought this since it was not an extremely high priced gpu because I wanted to upgrade from an older nvidia 1060 3g but it was still over priced from normal. I took a chance and bought this lesser known brand in the US but it is highly reputable in China. I bought the 3 fan rtx 3050 8gddr6 version and it is a decent card overall. It gets decent frame rates in games at 1080p and temp rises to around 65-70 when stressed but still not overly loud from the fans. I was almost wondering if the fans worked because it was so quiet but I could tell at least 2 of them were running but not positive about the middle fan but I think it was working also. I just could not see it well to verify. The enclosure has several rgb leds that look nice but you can't control them but still look nice in the case. It seems to be well built but it did crash once while I had it installed and seen several stutters when trying ultra settings in AC origins and oddessey. Userbenchmark gives it a score around 72 out of 100 tested on my system. GPUz information looks correct for the card so it is a 3050 card as stated. When I checked the card info in MSI afterburner I had slightly higher clocking than the stated 1807 into the 1900 when playing the two games as stated. The core was stated to be 14000mhz but msi afterburner was showing it at 7000mhz. Overall I was happy with the card but due to the stuttering frames and not rated for vr headsets I decided to return this card and upgrade to a rtx 3060ti instead. Maxsun branded gpu seems to be a good card if u give it a chance. I would have kept it if the card gave me the performance I was looking for but I think it just had to do with it being a rtx 3050 and nothing negative about the brand. I would have bought another maxsun 3060ti if it was available when I was looking for another card. ... show more
