  • Low cost, high quality Trail Camera
Style: wireless
The device was very easy to setup and install. I simply used the cloth strap that was supplied to affix it to a tree and turned it on. It just started working from that moment on. Very Easy!! Battery life has been superb with no noticeable drop in power over the last 4 days. Bluetooth and WiFi is utilized to make the connection to the camera and I am quite impressed with the range. I can be 40 feet away inside my house and still connect to the camera!! Bluetooth range is supposed to only be 33ft, but it works at 40ft! Image quality is very good as is the night vision. I was able to capture quite a many deer and squirrels both in video and still shots. Excellent product and I'd fully recommend it to anyone who needs a trail camera! ... show more

  • Nice little trail cam !
Style: wireless
Works really well. Lasting about 3-4 days on a charge. Easy connection from in my room. I have it monitoring a little chipmunk feeder outside my house and it provides a nice clear shot at night as well. Settings very easy and intuitive and you can set sensitivity of the motion detection and control area covered. Very nice for the price feature wise. Easy Bluetooth WiFi connection to my iPhone. ... show more

  • Good value for the money.
Style: wireless
I might have given this camera a 5 based upon its value for its cost. However, I found the megapixel advertising to be misleading. In live mode where you can elect to take a photo or a video using the app on your phone, the output is 1280 x 720 pixels which is commonly referred to as SD resolution and is about 1 megapixel. In the camera mode with the app closed, it will output a file that is 48 megapixels. But I expect this is achieved by simply multiplying the number of pixels within the camera before outputting the file. Meaning that where you originally had one pixel from the camera sensor, you get 2, 4, 6, 8 or whatever pixels in the output file - with all the additional pixels being the same as the original single pixel from the sensor. From a quality of the image standpoint, you seem to gain nothing from the 48 megapixel file compared to the 2 megapixel (1920 x 1080) FHD resolution plus the 48 megapixel file is difficult to work with because of it's size. I'm not totally positive the the 2 megapixel setting is actually higher quality than the 1 megapixel setting, but it may be. So my conclusion from trial & error and experimentation is that the actual sensor in the camera is probably either 1 or 2 mega pixels. The good news is that the 1 or 2 megapixel photos it takes are good quality - much better than my security cameras which are rated 3 or 5 megapixels. I do wish that it had some white Led lights in order to take color photos at night, but so far the black and white infrared photos are decent and the motion activation seems to be working properly. Battery life has also been good so far, and setup was fairly easy. It is worth noting that in live mode - the camera creates it's own hotspot for the app to connect to - which mean no access to wifi internet while the app is active. When you are connected with the app, the camera battery is drained much quicker (which is disclosed in the "manual") and your phone battery will also go down pretty fast while using the app. Mostly I use the camera in live mode to take photos of my birdfeeder and it works well for that. I do wish that live mode offered FHD instead of just SD, but most people are probably going to use it as an unattended game camera where the FHD setting will work. Like I said - it seems a good value for the cost and the customer reps are very responsive although I doubt if they actually understand the difference between a 48 megapixel sensor and a 48 megapixel file size. ... show more

  • Overall happy
Style: wireless
Got this because we are tired of switching batteries and Sim cards in and out. Very happy that all we have to do is be within 15 feet. Download the pictures and review them. Overall, the quality of the pictures and Response of the camera we’ve been happy with We will be purchasing another camera for other parts of our property. I currently moved this to our front gate where we get our Amazon deliveries and other people who come up to our gate to buy our eggs and other things. we like that this can be moved to different places. I currently have a Blink floodlight, which is hardwired and can only stay in one spot. Also, like that, there is no subscription required. It has its own built-in Bluetooth to connect to Wi-Fi or cell phone plan needed. Love that is rechargeable. So far the battery life has lasted a lot longer than I thought it would overall impressed! ... show more

  • GREAT, Easy Setup Trail Cam!
Style: wireless
I love this trail cam, and am definitely buying another (maybe two more)! Almost zero setup required, and have great, crisp pics and videos of the wildlife visiting my yard at night! Really like this trail cam. :-)

  • Works great! Easy and free wifi connectivity
Style: wireless
We found an animal burrow in our garden and wanted to find out what was living there. We set up the camera on a nearby tree and the next morning we were able to connect to the camera via wifi while still inside our house (the range is about 50 feet without walls in between). This little camera works great connects in about 30 seconds to your phone and the best part is that you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription. The photos and video stay on the sd card in the device and you can access them when you are connected to it. You can also choose to download specific photos and videos to your phone. The app allows you to connect multiple cameras. Overall it is a good camera at a very reasonable price. ... show more

  • Nice little camera and very clear!
Style: wireless
At first I didn't understand the whole "disconnect from app in order for camera to begin taking motion photos" but basically what it was saying was, once you have set the camera up and you disconnect from the app (by closing the app) the camera will then begin to function as it is intended. I was under the impression I could watch the videos while using the app but only from there can you take "manual" photos. I could not get any cellular cameras to work in my area for some reason so this is the next best alternative. I really like the different mounting features and the picture is clear. You simply connect to the camera without removing it via its own wifi/bluetooth connectivity and the photos it has taken go right to your phone! Pretty cool! It is a very small camera but I really like it. Looks nice also! Uploading photos soon. :) ... show more
