I’m really happy with this vacuum. I was amazed at how much it picked up on the very first use, even though we always use mattress pads and wash our sheets regularly. It’s surprising how much dust and debris can build up over time! The fact that it has a cord is a big plus - it’s long enough to reach a bed in the middle of the room and I don't have to worry about a battery losing power mid-use. The suction is really strong, and the display panel is bright and easy to read. The dust container is also easy to empty. I compared my one-month-old mattress to my daughter’s mattress, which she has been using for years. The vacuum picked up some light, fluffy dust from my mattress, but it removed a significant amount of dark, powdery dust from my daughter’s, which really impressed us. I love that it is easy to use although at first I did not understand it well since it has two different suction modes. However, I did the test with the my bed mattress cover and some extremely small lint and small hair does not suck them very well. The first time I used it it came out very dirty I was so impressed how good it work and this is my second time after a week and a half of having used it and it has less dirty which is good but some small hair do not suction it well since one of my problems is that I release a lot of hair so one of the reasons why I bought it was for that. So my score would be a 9 out of 10 maybe I still don't know much how to use it, if maybe the suction level was stronger I would definitely give it a 10. Otherwise it works well. Ultraviolet light makes its function perfectly. I like that it has aroma the only thing I consider is that the smell is not felt much it is only felt when you are using the vacuum but when smelling the sheets at least from my perspective you do not feel the smell. The media could not be loaded. I bought this thinking the technology would be next level and out of this world. I mean for 200 dollars you expect the best, right? Well the dust mite index is a total false indicator. It just makes it look like it’s doing something crazy and life changing. I will say it does collect smaller particles, hair and general dander from under the cushions which is the whole concept. The smell of the cartridges is nothing over powering and honestly it doesn’t infuse your fabrics so I don’t see the point of it being there. The scent is nice but never long lasting.
