    • Very Nice, Well Made, Heavy-Duty Lock and Cable
It's a Master lock, and because of that, it's exactly what I expected it would be. The cable is long enough that I can feed it through the back rim, then the bike frame in a couple spots, the front rim, and finally around whatever the bike is being locked to. The cable is thick and somewhat stiff, so it can be a little touchy uncoiling it to feed it through everything, but then it also recoils itself very nicely again when you unlock the bike. I think it's perfect, and exactly what I wanted. Plus, you certainly can't beat the price, and still get a quality lock and cable. ... show more

This lock is strong and a solid choice, but it is too easy to change the combo. My kid rode to school, had some issues locking up his bike, and a friend accidentally changed the combo. I took me about 30 minutes to figure out this new combo that afternoon. For an adult, 5 stars all the way. For a kid... it depends. The mounting system also did not work for kids bikes due to their size. Worked fine on a 26in adult bike. Recommend this lock, great brand, but be mindful of youth applications. ... show more

This is a great bike lock. The combination is very easy to set, only take a few seconds. The numbers glide very easily. The cable can stretch a good length, but will easily spring back to its original form. Overall, it’s a great value for the cost.

    • great product when it worked
been using my bike lock frequently for about 6 months before it stopped working. the lock won’t insert fully and my original code does not work. i tried resetting it but even that seems to be busted. wish it lasted longer since the physical product seems pretty durable itself. hopefully masterlock can help me troubleshoot it since it’s been working well. ... show more
