Just set it up and cooked a burger. Works like a CHAMP!! Not sure what people mean when they say there's not enough heat, I had lots of flames and the temperature was high!! Had to lower it to between medium and low. Assembly took a good 45 minutes to an hour, but the instructions are pretty good if you take your time. ... show more

Dad likes it. I haven't used it or seen it in use as it was a father's day gift. Parents say it heats pretty even. It's easy to disconnect from the stand and take to the races or the park! Great for the griller that travels, apartment patio, camping, or that griller that grills the occasional burger or steak. Loved that it comes with the adapter hose for the bigger propane tank or use with the small 1lb bottle for travel. Control knob seems a little flimsy. We'll see ... show more

So far so good. I LOVE this little grill. Some people have said it doesn't get hot enough, it does for me. It seared so good and left the grill marks to prove it, they must have gotten defective grills. The thermometer reached 350 mark after a 15 minute preheat. It was so hot at that point I turned it down to a medium heat for grilling. The cast iron grates are so nice, they clean super easy. It's just two of us but you could put 6-8 burgers on it with no problem. A plus for me is being able to take apart and clean the inside bottom that you can never reach on a regular full size grill. So well made for the price I paid, was not expecting it to be so nice. The only problem I could find is you MUST use a potholder for the handle, it gets very hot. Would buy again, but hope it lasts a long time. ... show more

    • I'm trying to love this thing
I love the idea of this grill. I love that it has a stand, or you can take it on the go. I love that you can use the 1 lb propane tank or the the 20lb tank. I love that its side tables are removable. I love that its compact and rolls right into storage off patio. However. Cooking on it is a definite learning curve. It takes WAY longer to cook food. At least twice as long as even other small grills. The love is definitely wearing off. The 1 con is kind of out weighing all the pros. Ive had ears of corn on there for about a half hour trying to get some char. I've used it about 5 times now, cooking steaks without a meat thermometer was a nightmare. I prefer medium well, I gave up before it got there. When you open it up it quickly loses all heat, nothing will cook unless it's closed the whole time. Good for quick dogs, and maybe burgers. I'm hoping I get used to it, and just know to plan for things to take longer. I probably should have gone for a different option though. ... show more

Although I was looking for a two burner grill, the price WITH the cabinet swayed me. This exact grill was almost the same price elsewhere without the cabinet! It's not the same quality and sturdiness of the"brand name" grills, but it is well made and functions great. I like the spark lighter control being built into the burner control so it is a one-knob function to turn it on. So far (a month) it has worked very well. Plenty of heat - only the temperature gauge primary reading is Celsius. ... show more

Nice little grill for balcony. Have no problem cooking steaks on them. Definitely worth the money. So happy I purchased it. A condo with electric stove just doesn't cut it for cooking steaks. Cooks 2 nice size steaks in good time, no complaints. Really love it.
