If you have a problem with your order, go on their official website and use the customer service link. They will need your order number, which you find on Amazon’s order details link, and they will want your name, shipping address including country, and any photos that will help illustrate the problem. They were extremely quick to make it right when one of my battery packs was defective. Machine works good however I've had to use it with my power supply because the batteries I received were bad, one doesn't take a charge and the other doesn't hold a charge works for less than five minutes and it dies. I've contacted Amazon and the only option is to return via UPS pick up and that has been a pain in the rear. I work all day and don't have time to hand it to the UPS driver and they won't leave a label or give me the option to go drop it off. Easy fix send me batteries to swap out and be done with it all. Update 1. 6/29/2024 Mast Direct contacted me about a refund then offered to send out a replacement kit today is 7/3/2024 and they haven't sent out a tracking number or an update on the replacement. Update 2. 7/3/2024 Mast Direct shipped me one battery I guess that takes care of half the problem lol, did not ship out what they said "Thank you reply, we can send new machine again to you, do you agree?" I have messaged them and waiting on response. Stay tuned for update three lol. ... show more
