I just received this massage chair today (10/01/21). It was supposed to arrive between (9/13-9/23/21). It was a little late but that's ok. I put it together all by my (female) self, quite easily. I only used it once for about 15 minutes and it was fully functional. This chair has the s-track and a bunch of features that many of the more expensive chairs have, for a really good price (from what I have seen). I highly recommend it so far. I will update if my feelings change, since I haven't owned it long. The fact that it showed up and all works for the price, I am satisfied! (: 11/17/21 Still fully functional!! This chair is great, it's sturdy and has various settings for a massage. My husband loves it, the only thing is that, the directions aren't very clear. But, eventually you will figure it out. And it's worth it in the end.

It's very light weight and the width is small in that it's easy to place in a room that is small or with a lot of furniture. Customer service was great when I had additional questions. I use it twice a day. Bought due to recent development of muscle issues in legs and other back issues. I love it.

Have to get used to the high intensity level, but that's a easy fix, just turn it down a notch or two problem solved. I personally don't like the foot rollers, because I'm not too particular about nothing messing with my feet except my Pedi-lady, so I stop this feature of the chair immediately πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. I have arthritis, gout, and Sjogrens. I'm in terrible pain constantly. Going to get massages was getting expensive. Splurged on this amazing chair and I am NOT disappointed! I am loving it!!!

I love except I would just change a few things. It would be nice if I could turn it on and it would give me a few seconds to get adjusted before it starts measuring. But I can work with that. Secondly, I would add a bit more padding to the seat and halfway up the back. I've had back surgery and it would just be nice to have a little extra padding. Otherwise, I love it and use it every day. Am satisfied with my purchase and feel I got my monies worth:) ... show more

This chair is great for a full back massage. The neck and back of the head is a little awkward but with some practice and knowing what you want you can hold your head up and lean back when the rollers are coming into the right position. I am 6'4 mostly legs and laying back with my head against the chair for the full massage would leave me with a sore neck (kind of self defeating) but the chair does automatically adjust to let me comfortably lean my head back during the neck and head part of the massage. In the manual mode you can just do the neck and back of head and the chair allows you to sit in comfort. And the foot rollers make the chair worth having all by themselves. ... show more
