Purchasing this product is not wroth the trouble of turning unto a handyman. I receive 3 mangled boxes and in the attempt to place together the chair I was quickly impeded with the arms slot that didn't fit it's grooves. After speaking with Amazon I was almost by myself. I was not going to take responsibility for their poor craftsmanship. I will be sending this back to the seller. In closing Amazon, should create a better protection plan for their faithful consumers. When i received the boxes and opened it, the foot part was badly damaged, I thought ok maybe i can stick it together. So i decided to mount up the chair. But to my surprised, the main electrical wire to connect to the main controls were not there. I cannot use the chair, No way to operate it.
