Most B vitamins are gross but these taste great and you only need 1 for a serving. Also it contains methylated B which is the most absorbable form.

    • Smell and taste bad
I have been using the Mary Ruth B12 product for about a year and I have always considered it to be a high quality supplement. I ordered the two-month supply bottle of the B-12 and there is something clearly wrong with the product. First of all, there is a bad smell when you open the bottle. It smells like a combination of chemicals and mildew. The taste is extremely bad and intolerable. I reached out to Mary Ruth customer service and they were extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement bottle of vitamins. Unfortunately, these have the same issue with a bad smell and taste. I will be reaching out to return the second bottle for a refund. I hope they figure out what has caused this issue but I will not be buying this brand in the future. ... show more

I love anything Mary Ruth's, because the ingredients list is always so good. I only wish that they could figure out how to make these gummies slightly more enjoyable for kids. It is tough to explain to a kid they have to eat something disgusting because it is a better made product than all the "sweet cartoony vitamins brands". These taste absolutely horrendous, and it is a fight every single day to convince my kids they need to eat them. ... show more

    • Great products, easy to take, taste good
I am a fan of Mary Ruth’s products. Not only are they easy to take (I hate big pills) they taste good too. I have a regular supplement regimen and love the quality and consistency of this brand. They occasionally have supply issues which as far as I can tell is the only drawback!
