As a mom of five, finding a good multivitamin for my kids is a big deal—anything that makes our routine a little easier is a win in my book! Here’s my take on these MaryRuth’s Kids’ Multivitamin Gummies: What I Love: 1. No Sugar – These gummies are sugar-free, which I love because it’s one less thing to worry about when it comes to cavities and sugar crashes. Plus, there’s enough sugar sneaking into their diet as it is! 2. Only One Gummy a Day – With five kids, keeping things simple is key. These are once-a-day gummies, which means I’m not constantly counting how many they’ve had or reminding them all day. 3. Vegan & Non-GMO – I try to be mindful of what goes into their bodies, and I feel good about the ingredients in these. We don’t have dietary restrictions, but it’s nice to know they’re a bit cleaner. 4. Kids Actually Like the Taste – Most of my kids like them, which is a big deal. Anything that’s a fight to get them to take is out of the question in our house! 5. Two-Month Supply – The bottle lasts us two months (if I only give them to the younger ones). It’s a relief not to need a new bottle every few weeks! A Few Things to Consider: 1. Texture’s Not for Everyone – The texture is a little chewier, so if your kids are super picky about that, it might be worth trying a bottle first to see if they’ll go for it. 2. Flavor Might Be Hit or Miss – Like I said, most of my kids like them, but one of them wasn’t a fan of the flavor. So, it might be trial and error depending on your kid. 3. Doesn’t Have Every Nutrient – It has a nice range of vitamins, but if you’re looking for something high in calcium or iron, you’ll need to add another supplement. I just try to fill in with foods rich in those. 4. Price – They’re a little pricier than some other options. If you are looking for a good all natural vitamin with no garbage or additives in them try Mary Ruth Organics vitamins for kids. So many vitamins have additives, a lot of added sugars and these vitamins do not. These are the highest quality of vitamins that I have tried and I will continue to buy these.
