This does what is says, but it takes a few days for the effect to build up. You have to use it for a few days and it definitely calms the itch. It’s not 100%. But a huge difference. my ears itch so bad that i bought the itchMD it doesn’t work and made my ears more itchy to the point that i keep scratching with cotton buds and it become swollen so i bought the painMD which help with pain and itch. so the itchmd doesn’t work with itch…. and the painMD work with pain and itch.

It is very moisturizing, but it didn't stop my ear from itching. I was hoping it had something like lidocaine or benadryl in it.

I don't know what causes my ears to itch, but it's something I've struggled with for years. My dermatologist just says it's dry skin. Sometimes they itch so bad I have trouble sleeping. I tried Ear Itch MD and I'm amazed that it solved my problem with the first application. It is a pump spray and it does run out of my ears after I use it, but I just blot it up with tissue. It feels kind of oily but that's probably why it works so well. I haven't noticed an odor and it doesn't sting like some other products I've tried. ... show more
