I like this product and the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it's pricy for the amount of product you receive. But I really like the ease of use and the contents. Adds the moisture your looking for if you have itchy ears from dermatitis, dry skin or helps soften ear wax for easier removal.

Most itchy ear preps are nothing more than glycerine. This product has an effective combination of ingredients. I’ve tried at least three other brands, and this one worked immediately. Highly recommended.

I found this product too oily. I wear hearing aids and used it for 2 nights. After that I stopped because my ears had wax problems I have never had before. It felt as though the oils had congealed the wax and caused me great discomfort. I had to temporarily stop wearing my hearing aids. I used another earwax product Earwax MD to clean out my ears so I could wear my hearing aids again. In all fairness, the product does say if it is causing a problem to discontinue use ... show more
