Poly-Vi-Sol is fruit flavored using natural ingredients and does not have ingredients derived from the most common food allergies. Our multivitamin with iron also has 100% of the daily value of Vitamin D as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). We picked this up after our doctor recommended it for our newborn and have been using it ever since. We drop 1 mL directly into a bottle once a day to feed our baby. It does make the milk smell a bit like blood (because it has iron) but baby doesn’t seem to mind.

Waste of money. I didn’t realize how bad it would be and I couldn’t get my guy to take it. I tasted it and couldn’t get the awful taste out.

We had our son on formula and he was getting his vitamins and minerals from that. When we switched him to milk only, we wanted him to continue to get his vitamins and minerals. His pediatrician recommended this to supplement his diet with milk and food. She said it has all the basic nutrients he needs. Had him on this for 8 months now and he is a very healthy child. Everything is in percentile of where it should be and he is growing like a happy, healthy weed! Recommended to my cousin and gave her a bottle for her 1 year old. She swears this has helped her daughter sleep better through the night as before she tried this, her daughter would wake in the night screaming even after just getting a bottle. My daughters’ doctor recommended this vitamin for my kids. He suggest me drop it to the milk but I researched and it is the best to drink without milk. This vitamin contains high concentrate of iron so the milk should avoid take with this vitamin. So I use syringe to let her drink this vitamin but the flavor isn’t easily to take. Most kids medications is sweet so it helps kids easy to swallow but this one is not. However, the expiration is too soon. I bought many of it for our 4 months trip and now I realize it is about to expire. One thing I like this vitamin is high concentrations of iron to helps my kid develop. ... show more
