  • Very little edge space
Size: 2-Inch Square
I wanted to love this so much. I have a Marcato pasta machine that I dearly love, and was hoping this would be just as awesome. It IS easy to use and clean, and it's very well made and sturdy. My problem with it is that there is almost no edge to the raviolis. When I cook them, no matter how gentle I am, they always break open and I end up with a pot of water full of filling and pasta scraps. ... show more

  • Sturdy, but disappointed
Size: 1.5-Inch Round
Well made mold, but the dough sticks terribly, and the rolling pin that comes with it doesn’t cut the ridges well. And despite not overfilling, it squished the filing all over the place. I’ve used other ravioli molds that worked like a dream. This was a dud for me, an expensive dud.

  • Works great
Size: 1.5-Inch Round
It's a mold, how hard can it be? It works, and it's very sturdy. It's a little difficult to get the ravioli out once they are made. Very high quality

  • I wish I had bought the newer version.
Size: 2-Inch Round
I wish I'd gotten the latest release. This one tends to stick and wastes time.

  • Good item. Bad packaging. Not sure if it was used.
Size: 2-Inch Square
Other than the product being opened, the box stained. The mold seems fine and sturdy. Ravioli came out nice, just make sure to powder the mold with flour before using so the dough doesn't stick. Great product. I just didn't like the fact that it was open.

  • Good ravioli maker
Size: 2-Inch Square
Overall I this this ravioli maker, it’s easy to use. My only complaint is that I wish the overall width was a touch smaller, I cannot fit an entire sheet of pasta dough from my pasta roller on it, and I wish the ridges that separate the ravioli were just a little bit taller.

  • Was something missing from mine
Size: 2-Inch Round
Mine were sticking quite a bit and I used plenty of flour. After talking with a friend who has one, she had a plastic insert...I didn’t get one. Is one available?

  • For the price it is fine, but...
Size: 2-Inch Square
Since there were no recommendations on how to use this, my first batch stuck to the mold. After dusting with flour, the ravioli released much easier. That may have been my own fault and should have known better. The rolling pin doesn't do a great job in pressing the dough down enough to cut into individual pieces, so many were stuck together and had to be carefully separated so they maintained their shape and didn't break open. I personally would spend the extra money and get the Marcato Design Atlas Ravioli Tablet Pasta Maker and would gladly trade mine in. ... show more
