Of course, if you're shorthanded, all you could do is simply pull the pizza apart with your own fingers, but that makes for a sloppy mess with uneven toppings, which most probably know my experience. This worked great, is sharp enough to cut the pizza like butter and cut the pizza perfectly in slices or mini squares.
