I was looking for a peel to use on a pellet grill/ pizza stone and saw this bundle with the rocker style slicer. Thinking of how my Faberware rolling cutter sometimes pulls/pushes my toppings I decided to try this set. The cutter works great! It's so much better than the roller style, its sharp and fast and easy to use and clean. The peel (giant spatula) seems to be well made with a cleverly designed folding handle. I've never had one and it's a big upgrade over trying to slide a hot pizza from oven rack to pan. Only regret is waiting so long to upgrade my pizza game with both items. ... show more

This is my Amazon review for the 16" Pizza Making Kit (Set of 2) - 16" Pizza Cutter Rocker Knife with Blade Cover + 13" Perforated Stainless Steel Pizza Peel with Folding Handle - Ultimate Pizza Oven Accessories. This stainless steel pizza peel 13 inches and rocker knife cutter 16” are the perfect combination. The peel fits inside my Emeril air fryer oven easily with room to spare making it easier to load and unload the pizza. And the pizza cutter, well, it is very sharp and makes short work of slicing through pizza. Both the peel and cutter are very good quality. I’m super impressed by the quality of this combo. They put good quality into all aspects - the handle that folds, ventilation slots that are all smooth and even, stainless steel which is healthier, and a knife cutter that cuts in one pass. I would definitely buy this again in a heart beat if needed, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality pizza peel and cutter because this makes cooking pizza more fun from start to finish. Its sharp enough to cut through thin pizzas and thick deep dishes. 16 inches means you can get an extra large pizza and cut through it with ONE rocking motion. Used the rocker, 18” for first time today… it cut well from side to side with no problem on a 16” pizza with a very crusty dough. The first time was not without a blemish as one needs to know how much pressure to apply, especially on the end crust. Needed to go back over on several of those at the ending rock, my learning error and not the rockers fault. The rocker is solid, well built, comfortable to hold, and is sharp.
