This is the best stuff on the planet for your hair. I have really long hair and this product does a few many things for my hair. Right after the shower I will apply to my hair (the spray, not the pouch) I'll wring my hair out, then spray all over my hair and scalp and rub the product in. I let the product stay in my hair for at least 5-10 minutes... then I'll blow dry it. The knots are done. This product can also be used as your dry conditioner. I do condition my hair in the shower then apply this spray but I'm sure there's no right or wrong way of using it. I also enjoy the fresh smell the spray offers. Some sprays out there aren't the best smelling but do work, this product does both. It works wonders AND smells great! ... show more
