The bear comes zip locked with all the air sucked out, so it needs some fluffing. I unzipped it and took all the stuffing out and took my time fluffing the stuffing before putting it back in and I must say it turned out beautiful. No complaints on my end. Decent size but somehow I thought it would be taller, looking at the picture. It came shrink wrapped.After we unwrapped it. It filled out some. There's a zipper in the back to add more fluffiness if not full enough to your likeness.
