My little girl just loved this Skye stuffed animal. It plays lullabies and has a light up flash light, which she really got a kick out of. She had a habit of getting up in the middle of the night and trying to find me, so I showed her how to use her flash light do that she could navigate in the dark without feeling scared. Skye now has a permanent place beside my toddler in bed and we listen to the lullabies every night. There are only two lullabies and they are both really short, but that didn’t seem to bother my child at all. She is way more into the flashlight and just playing with the doll more than anything. I got this for a really got price and would buy it again for friends or relatives with small children, as every one of my daughters friends who had seen Skye have fallen in love!!! ... show more

Don't get me wrong...it's a very cute toy and would make an awesome gift...just make sure it's in working order first. The batteries that came with the toy were completely dead. So you pay $24 plus tax and then have to spend another $8 to $10 for button batteries to get it to work. Not really worth $35...but my grand daughter loves it. In my experience, a toddler normally outgrows or gets bored with it before the batteries run out. Coming with batteries is sometimes the deciding factor when choosing to make a purchase.
