Mg 217 is like wearing road tar,,it smells,,it sticks to everything,,it gets roadkill in it sometimes,,but it works for moisturizing and scale build up..And this product does as well,,AND IT DOESNT SMELL,,after 10 minutes you have no residue,,and it has great coverage,,a little goes a long way..While I’ll apply it 3 times a day compared to two for Mg217. The lack of smell and pine tar level stickiness,,is the number one reason I won’t be using mg 217 anymore,Mg is definitely cheaper and slightly more effective,,,But I hate feeling like human flypaper.. ... show more

I was hesitant with the price of this initially, but I am so glad that I decided to try this! My infant had acne and I couldn't find anything that soothed and/or healed it until using this. It worked so well on her I actually started using it on my face as well and if you use this regularly it can help with adult acne and dry skin as well. It has a faint smell when applying it, but it disappears once it is absorbed into the skin. It is very smooth and absorbs well without leaving a greasy texture. My skin feels softer than ever and I see less occassional pimples on my face. My infant no longer has any issues with acne and it has also really helped clear up the minimal eczema she was starting to have. Her skin is beautifully clear and so soft now! I read an article new scholarly article regarding all the attributing factors of eczema. Since I have spent far too much time and money seeing my dermatologist with limited success regarding eczema, I put this new knowledge in action. I ordered the spray disinfecting product for eczema (it is largely H3O and aloe vera) and this lovely cream. The two products, a spray allowed to dry on my cracking fingers and a light swipe of Manuka cream, worked wonders! For the first time in years, I HAVE NO CRACKS IN MY FINGER TIPS!!! Buy the disinfecting spray. Use it after your shower. (I know that you are supposedly clean and sparkly, but do it anyway. Then, apply a bit of the manuka cream. Keep it up for the week. You fingers WILL HEAL if you have simple eczema. Yep, you need to buy two products. I have not tried it on my frets. It is too cold to move to pedicure possibilities! ... show more
