The media could not be loaded. This are a very good smarts blind, you don't need any tools, drill or screws to installing is super easy. My husband figured it out to put them on my back door since that's was the main reason I wanted this blinds. Quality product. Works as advertised. The thing that sold me was the 'no drill inside mount' feature. That said, as advertised, they were very easy to install, easy to operate and control with the remote (or the phone app using the smart bridge hub), and very quiet and smooth when opening or closing. The blinds themselves do entirely block out the light; however, the downside is that there is some light leak at the top and sides (side light leak can be fixed with some light-blocking strips.) All said, I have bought 4 more of these blinds, and they are all working great so far and am very happy with my purchase and recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their home blinds. ... show more

    • Broke after 10 months but company fixed the issue
Don't know if I got a dud or not, but my blind broke after 10 months of use. I contacted the company thru amazon and they tried to trouble shoot it and when that failed, issued a replacement even thou there was no warranty and it was well past the return period. They were very responsive and great to work with. I'm hoping the new one I got lasts longer as it is a very good quality for the price and works great otherwise. It always responds to my smart timers, keeps most of the light out and never malfunctioned at all until the end there. It looks nice as well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These shades operate as advertised and for much less than other options out there. the instructions were less than straight forward, but the video helps some. I can operate these 100% by voice (Google home) and they are setup to open and close with sunrise/sunset. They seem slightly louder than I expected, but Ive never heard other motorized shades to compare them too. Overall good buy for the price. Purchased to replace another identical blind that fell and broke. Can not get this one to recognize the hub so can not program to open and close like all the other blinds.

Super easy to install inside window frame. Fits tight and very secure in wood frame. Remotes were easy to program for stop points. Only downside to remote is the very, very tiny screw you need to take out to program remote. A captive screw would help prevent loosing the screw. The only other thing that need a major improvement is the battery access. Currently you need to remove blind completely from widow to change batteries (top access). If they were accessible from either side then you would not need to un-mount the whole unit to change batteries. But still great and glad I took the chance. About 50% cheaper than others and "NO SCREWS" for inside mount!! The "free" rf hub is another story, not so easy to setup and software still had some menus in Chinese. Got it working after a few tries and I'm a "tech guy". Will wait and see if they update the software in the future to fix menus etc. ... show more
