I contacted the company thru amazon and they tried to trouble shoot it and when that failed, issued a replacement even thou there was no warranty and it was well past the return period. They were very responsive and great to work with. I'm hoping the new one I got lasts longer as it is a very good quality for the price and works great otherwise. Very easy to install and we installed it in no time. The remote control works great and the blinds maneuver very smoothly. Keep most of the light out, perfect for sleeping at noon or watching a movie. I would highly recommend it to others.

The media could not be loaded. This are a very good smarts blind, you don't need any tools, drill or screws to installing is super easy. My husband figured it out to put them on my back door since that's was the main reason I wanted this blinds. The color and the quality are great, you can control them by the remote control included, or with alexa, it's amazing!! ... show more
