It took about a week to arrive, which is to be expected. It did arrive a day early. It is super easy to set up. Attached the controller, activated auto-open. Took to the local mall. Normally I’d be leaning heavy onto my cane offer 100 feet. Recently sustained an injury (4 fractured vertebrae T4-T7) and in a back brace. So I’m unable to use the cane. Add CRPS to the mix and a wheelchair is necessary. I’ve had very active day, more than in the last 15 years. I can actually have quality time with family. Sturdy construction. I bought the MALISA Electric Wheelchair for my father, who’s about 260 pounds, and I needed something sturdy enough to support him. This chair has been doing a great job so far. It’s lightweight and foldable, which makes it easy for us to carry and store. It works well on different surfaces, and the battery lasts all day. Wanted to get a few months of use before I wrote a review: Firstly, let me say that this wheelchair has been a great help for my wife. She really is happy with the product, and has no major complaints. My issues are with the quality/durability of some of the components. I've had one of the transport wheels come off due to a bad screw assembly. You really need that wheel when try to move the wheelchair in the collapsed position. The second issue is the plastic seat belt which also easily broke. The seat belt needs to be made with metal not plastic. In addition, I really can't use the remote control, there is a significant lag between command and chair response. Lastly, the chair does perform well overall, and is a good transition prior to a large chair. One more thing, it does weight about 65lbs, some its not necessarily easy to stow and unstow. ... show more

My Vietnam Vet husband has a few years experience in wheel chairs and decided to give this brand a closer look.The price seemed reasonable and the remote control sold him. With great anticipation we opened the box experienced a very simple set up. we charged the battery and he sat down in a very comfortable seat turned on the power and the alarm started blinking and chirping. In short order we found a broken wire on the right motor.We called ComfyGo, sent them a picture of the wire and they immediately sent us a new chair.It arrived yesterday and no problems. FedEx will pick up the damaged unit tomorrow for return. You cant ask nor expect better customer service. It is a pleasure doing business with ComfyGo. We highly recommend them. ... show more

This has been a great purchase that I did a lot of research on and read many reviews on many makes and models of powered wheel chairs before deciding on the IQ-700 auto-fold. I can easily get it in and out of any vehicle given its folded size and weight and only have to push a button for it to fold out or in. I love this electric wheelchair. It gives me the freedom to go places safely, and nobody has to push a chair. It is especially helpful that the chair automatically unfolds and folds so no one has to wrangle with the chair. I also like the way you can customize things to the chair. We were excited to purchase this product for my mom due to her having one leg. We were so disappointed that we could not even unfold the electric chair. We called the company no response, and we left a message (no call back). We had to pay 203.35 dollars to return the electric chair that did not open up. The video we watched repeatedly indicated that it was easy to open the chair not true. Now we are paying to return an electric chair that was unusable.
