It took about a week to arrive, which is to be expected. It did arrive a day early. It is super easy to set up. Attached the controller, activated auto-open. Took to the local mall. Normally I’d be leaning heavy onto my cane offer 100 feet. Recently sustained an injury (4 fractured vertebrae T4-T7) and in a back brace. So I’m unable to use the cane. Add CRPS to the mix and a wheelchair is necessary. I’ve had very active day, more than in the last 15 years. I can actually have quality time with family. Sturdy construction. Wanted to get a few months of use before I wrote a review: Firstly, let me say that this wheelchair has been a great help for my wife. She really is happy with the product, and has no major complaints. My issues are with the quality/durability of some of the components. I've had one of the transport wheels come off due to a bad screw assembly. You really need that wheel when try to move the wheelchair in the collapsed position. The second issue is the plastic seat belt which also easily broke. The seat belt needs to be made with metal not plastic. In addition, I really can't use the remote control, there is a significant lag between command and chair response. Lastly, the chair does perform well overall, and is a good transition prior to a large chair. One more thing, it does weight about 65lbs, some its not necessarily easy to stow and unstow. ... show more

It’s lightweight and foldable, which makes it easy for us to carry and store. It works well on different surfaces, and the battery lasts all day. My Vietnam Vet husband has a few years experience in wheel chairs and decided to give this brand a closer look.The price seemed reasonable and the remote control sold him. With great anticipation we opened the box experienced a very simple set up. we charged the battery and he sat down in a very comfortable seat turned on the power and the alarm started blinking and chirping. In short order we found a broken wire on the right motor.We called ComfyGo, sent them a picture of the wire and they immediately sent us a new chair.It arrived yesterday and no problems. FedEx will pick up the damaged unit tomorrow for return. You cant ask nor expect better customer service. It is a pleasure doing business with ComfyGo. We highly recommend them. ... show more

We got this wheelchair the week before we left for a cruise of the Baltic Sea. This chair ran smoothly over normal terrain, but it traversed some of the worst cobblestones in Europe like a champ. We recharged the battery every other day, and never had a problem. Airport security let us disconnect the battery, which was easy, rather than making us remove it. People who watched the chair open and close automatically were very impressed with how compact the chair is when folded. I wish we had ordered a cupholder, and I wish there were a volume control on the peeping, but other than that, this chair was perfect for our needs. ... show more

I've owned this chair for less than a year. As you can see, the front left wheel is broken. I've contacted the company for a replacement pin for the wheel. I HAVE YET to receive the replacement pin! A $2,000 wheelchair sits collecting dust, while I have to STRUGGLE with a dilapidated manual wheelchair. Before you purchase a product from this company, do your research!!!!!!! ... show more

Shipping was fast! Easy to unbox and seems very sturdy for the price. I am leaning to drive it. I have nerve damage in my spine that makes fine motor coordination difficult. Power unfolding and folding really helps. The baseboards are taking a beating. Goes fast for indoors. Haven't taken it outside yet. Turn radius is great! The only complaint I have in the first day is that you can't turn off the backup alert. I can't use it at night when my wife is asleep. Bothers the pets. I think they would be ok if it weren't for the beeping noise. ***Update*** I disabled the backup horn. Much better now. Very powerful chair. It's been 4 weeks and I am still impressed with the quality, power and features for the price. Chair is running well and I took it to the grocery store. What a relief for my bad feet. I think most of the negative comments are about learning to drive it and not about product quality itself. I am finding it great. Haven't needed any customer support. ****UPDATE**** 1 YR ON NOW.
