I bought this to use as my makeup table since my bathroom is so small and I honestly can’t believe how good the quality is for the price! It’s so sturdy (did take some time to assemble so put on a podcast and get ready to take some time) but it was worth it. Just put together my new vanity and I'm very happy with the quality of the product. I thought that it was going to be a flimsy piece of furniture, but aside from the fact that it's particle board instead of wood, it's a great item. The desk is sturdy and the drawers are "wood" rather than the oh so popular material covered cardboard things have been trending towards. The pieces all fit and there's no wobbling at all. The stool is OK. Not super comfortable, but fine and I don't feel like I'm going to smoosh it by sitting on it. I'm about 135lbs. I wouldn't recommend it as the main seat for someone around the 180+ range, but for me, it's OK. I'm still planning on using a different roller chair since I have one to spare, so I tried to push the stool to the side. My chair doesn't quite fit under with it there, but oh well. I have a cat stool now. The mirror is decent. I'm a little skeptical about how the tilt function works. It's just a plastic loop bracket over the metal rod, so if you're constantly moving it around, I'm not sure if it will loosen over time and then just kind of hang down from the center. For now, it works. As for the light brightness, it seems like it could be brighter, but will do the job if you lean in close. I actually loved putting it together. I enjoy puzzles and assembling furniture, so it was a fun, rewarding puzzle for me. The instructions are super clear, so even though there's tons of parts (I really mean it!) everything went together smoothly. If you aren't good with following instructions, or are one of those people who just open things up and start trying to piece stuff together, then be warned. There's literally a whole alphabet and a half of parts. A - HH. Overall, great value for the money. Also, I really like the black and white design. I have put together plenty of IKEA style furniture and while this is not the most difficult, it certainly took a long time and certain steps are much easier with two people. (Which I did not have) The cam-locks in particular almost never worked well, either cracking the wood and sticking up or going in crooked and loose. Nearly every screw cracked the otherwise very nice premium finish. Lucky you would never normally see these spots. I would have appreciated nicer stickers that came off in one go because many of them ripped and left residue behind. The screw hole cover stickers aren't very good because they don't match the white of the panels and are quite thick. All of that frustration aside, once it is built, it looks nice and works well. The outlets and ports are great, the mirror is bright, and the stool is just the right size. If you're willing to go through the hours of frustration of building it, you'll be left with a nice looking and functional piece of furniture. ... show more

i had a very particular spot for this vanity and it needed to be a specific size and it fit perfectly ! the assembly would be so much easier with two people but it is doable with one person! (i put it together by myself in 3 hours - taking my time to make sure everything was lined up correctly). with one person, doing the mirror portion was bit difficult but i just held the mirror horizontal to my body while attaching and then rotated it to be upright and then tightened the screws. overall , it seems very sturdy, the bench is pretty comfy for what it is! the pieces did come a bit dirty here and there but nothing a little cleaning wouldn’t get rid of. overall, really great product for the value! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this vanity. It’s stable and durable. I’ll admit that I’m impatient when it comes to assembling things, so I called my friend over to help with the building process. In the end, we got it done in about 3 hours. I’ve seen people saying an hour?? I don’t know how. It took quite some time to assemble this thing, but in the end, it’s totally worth it!! My friend ended up ordering the same one after seeing mine completed and even after putting mine together herself, it still took her a few hours to complete hers. Anyway, there’s the perfect amount of space in the drawers. The mirror is adjustable and the lights are dimmable. The only thing that seems a bit cheap is the chair. With my chronic health issues, I’ve reached a point where I need to be able to sit down to get ready. I have a small nook next to my (small) master bath that I thought would be the perfect place to set a vanity. I had a few requirements- it needed to have a lighted mirror, drawers and shelving, and an included seat. My biggest concern is I needed a very specific size to fit into the chosen nook. This vanity set checked all of the boxes to meet my needs as well as stayed low on my budget! It was fairly simple to put together, but you do reach a point where you need a second person to help. Ideally, I would have preferred more storage capacity, but what it offers is sufficient enough. The color matched the scheming of room/area, so that was an added bonus. It fits exactly where I needed it to. The light functionality seems pretty great (this is my first vanity so I have nothing to compare to), but you will still need some room light in my opinion. It seems very sturdy and the bench seat is comfortable enough. I may eventually need a seat with a back, but that is due to my own issues.
