Read directions followed them to a tee and these magnets don't change the color of your shalak or make the symbols it's supposed to leave on the gel nailpolish like it's supposed to. Guess I have to go see a professional to get the look I want cause this didn't work at all. That's why I'm giving it 1 star. Waste of money. ... show more

I've only tested them out briefly with the polish on paper but they seem to be pretty weak. They do work, but you have to hold them over the polish for a lot longer than a traditional cat eye magnet. I will update this review if they seem better than my first impression once I've used them for a whole set on my actual nails. ... show more

I love these magnets. They are so neat to use with the cat eye gel polish. I love that they have a groove at the top which allows you to get close to the nail. After you have painted your first coat of polish and let it cure, paint one finger at a time, alternating hands and letting each finger cure one at a time. This allows a better design. Some of the designs are a lot different from what you see on the magnet. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. You can see on my pinky finger that the design is like an S but the magnet Inused was was the “end arrow” design. From top left it is the 4th magnet. ... show more

I disliked the size of the magnetic design because it was big enough for my big toe but to big for my fingers. The plaid looking magnet came out like wavy lines (pic #1) and the Heart didn’t come out at all. I did like the designs that did come out.
